On a distant planet, a thousand years travel from our own, a Prince is murdered.

Betrayed by irriot kraust, captain of the royal guard, Prince Elo Harricks death shocks the empire and sets in motion a sequence of events that will change the universe forever.

As Kraust positions himself as new ruler and begins his reign of tyranny, Elo is cast into the afterlife, set adrift in the vast expanse of eternity.

Guided by the spirit of his long dead mother, Elo journeys further into the nothing, seeking meaning in his own death.

Years later, a revolution is slowly stirring. The children of the witch have found elos remains, and are attempting to resurrect the prince. With Elo reborn as the heir apparition, now elected savior and leader of the revolution, the stage is set for revenge.

As the young prince regains his memory and begins to  learn the true extent of his supernatural abilities, Kraust prepares a trap. a grand masquerade ball designed to lure elo and the children of the witch.
